Sergey Tsuber

Pastor Sergey Tsuber is a man of faith, a devoted husband to his wife, Olga, and a loving father and grandfather. He serves as the Lead Pastor, church planter, and co-founder of City on a Hill Spokane.

In 2019, Sergey and Olga followed the vision God had placed on their hearts and helped establish the church alongside a team of families and with the support of Life Center Church.

Pastor Sergey is passionate about reaching the greater Spokane community for Christ, strengthening families, and helping people grow in their faith. His heart is to build a church where people from different cultures and backgrounds are united in Jesus. His wife, Olga, serves alongside him as the NextGen Pastor at City on a Hill.
